Enjoyed a visit to Base Press from the class of my college-era friend Carl Mill, who is teaching a “What is Graphic Design” course (of sorts) at Bryn Athyn College. Students received a brief intro to letterpress printing; typographic history, terminology and such; and then got a bit inky by printing some hearts (hearts on press for Valentine’s Day). Hope that everyone had a fine time.
