Riffing off of recent holiday cards I designed and printed using metal ornaments, I was interested in seeing if I could extend this beginning of a typeface design to a full typeface. The middle print (“mixed tape”) is a purposeful overprinting of the lowercase letters and capital letters combined. 1 and 2-color letterpress prints printed by hand with a Vandercook SP-15 letterpress.
